Saudi Steel Profile Co (SSP) provides steel traders and service centers with complete coil processing service including slitting of coils, cut-to-length (sheet cutting) and round, square & rectangular pipes & tube forming as well as storage facilities and supply chain management solution.

Coil Slitting:

SSP’s high speed slitting lines section consist of German, Italian and Korean machines-are among the most advanced in the industry, handling a variety of HR,CR, Galvanized, Aluminum and Stainless Steel coiled sheet up to 1,500mm and thickness from 0.50mm to 6.0mm.

Cut-to-length:

SSP’s cut-to-length  lines section houses USA and Italian machines-are among the heaviest(heavy –duty) in the regional steel industry, handling a variety of coated and treated HR, CR, Galvanized, Aluminum and Stainless Steel coiled sheet up to 2,500mm wide, 15.0m  long and thickness from 0.50mm to 14.0mm.

Sheet Metal Cutting/Shearing:

Shearing is a process for cutting sheet metal to size out of larger stock or from roll stock. The metal to be cut is held in place with hold-downs. 90º cuts are positioned by a squaring arm with scale on it or with aback gauge. Other angles are possible with an angle gauge. SSP’s Steel plate Shear Cutting machine is capable of cutting steel plates up to 32.0mm in a maximum width of 2.50m and 6.0m length.

Pipe & Tube Forming & Manufacturing:

SSP’s high speed tube mill lines section is equipped with Italian machines that are among the fastest and most advanced in the industry; handling a variety of HR, CR, Galvanized, Aluminum and Stainless Steel coiled Strips from diameter 16.0mm 139.7mm for round pipes: 20x30 to 100x120mm, and 12x12mm to 100x100.
